In a surprising turn of events, Geoff Keighley decided to announce one of the most important awards in the middle of the year, supposedly to leave room for minor awards such as “Game of The Year” at December‘s Event.
Recent reports claim that this award was delivered by Geoff himself with his truck after an unfortunate accident with a wild deer.
Deltarune’s Creator “Tony Fox” declared with a statement on BlueSky that “his watercooler is GlAd” for the award but that “the beSt waTErcooleR is yet to come”.
